We build 2 moulds in this group: Cylindrical Steel Formwork and Steel Clamp Hoop Formwork. Every one is made from Q235 carbon steel with 3–6 mm panels, welded on a jig and checked against the casting face to ±0.5 mm, then built to your drawing. Typical applications: Bridge piers, Building columns, Pillars, Circular columns, Industrial pillars. There is no strict MOQ — one set is enough to start a trial run.

What diameters can you supply?
Any diameter per drawing, typically 300–2500 mm; larger sections are built as multi-piece shells with additional stiffening rings.
Can I use one set for different diameters?
Yes — diameter segments can be combined within a family, and height is extended by stacking shells.
What column heights can it handle?
Shells are sized to the pour pressure of your tallest column; stacking height is unlimited as long as the flange bolts are specified accordingly.
How is the joint sealed?
Flange faces are machined and closed on a sealing strip, so grout loss at the joint is controlled.
