We build 1 mould in this group: Water Channel Steel Formwork. Every one is made from Q235 carbon steel with 3–6 mm panels, welded on a jig and checked against the casting face to ±0.5 mm, then built to your drawing. Typical applications: Irrigation, Drainage ditches, Water conveyance. There is no strict MOQ — one set is enough to start a trial run.

When can the core be stripped?
Tapered cores release as soon as the concrete is stable, typically within a few hours of casting, which keeps the yard moving.
