We build 1 mould in this group: Box Girder Formwork. Every one is made from Q235 carbon steel with 3–6 mm panels, welded on a jig and checked against the casting face to ±0.5 mm, then built to your drawing. Typical applications: Highway bridges, Railway bridges, Precast yards. There is no strict MOQ — one set is enough to start a trial run.
Frequently asked
Full-span or segmental?
Both — tell us the girder length and segment scheme and the mould is detailed accordingly.
Can the internal form be reused?
Yes, internal forms are built as reusable assemblies sized to the cell geometry of your girder.
