Every Zhongbian mould is built from Q235B national-standard hot-rolled steel — panels 3–5 mm, back ribs in channel/flat steel, fully welded. Dimensional tolerance is held at ±0.5 mm, so units of the same batch are interchangeable on your yard.
Automatic welding, strict per-piece inspection and trial assembly before dispatch: a dimensional report ships with every set, and third-party inspection is welcomed.
