We design and build steel moulds fully to customer drawings across three directions: bridge formwork (box girder, pier, abutment), infrastructure moulds (box culvert, U/L channel, pipe jacking, retaining wall) and wind tower formwork. Material is Q235B national-standard hot-rolled steel — panels 3–5 mm, back ribs fully welded, dimensional tolerance ±0.5 mm.
Standard moulds ship in 7–10 working days, large shaped moulds in 15–25 days. Exports move via FOB Tianjin with CIF delivery available — waterproof film and wooden crating as standard.
