For the Daxing Airport supporting project, Zhongbian supplied high-standard customized formwork for pier columns and capping beams to Beijing Municipal Engineering Group.
Airport-corridor structures set a high visual bar: pier faces are seen by millions of travelers, so fair-faced concrete quality starts with panel flatness and weld dressing in the mould itself.
The moulds were built to the project’s drawings with the factory’s standard inspection regime — per-piece length, diagonal and flatness checks with recorded dimensional reports.
