Zhongbian supplied more than 400 tonnes of steel components for tie beams, pier columns and capping beams to China Railway No.10 Engineering Bureau for Section 3 of the Puyan Expressway.
The supply covered bridge substructure formwork families: tie beam units, pier column shells and capping beam moulds, all built to the project’s structural drawings with Q235B panels and fully welded back ribs.
A single-section volume of 400+ tonnes demonstrates the factory’s whole-project supply capacity — cutting, welding, machining, trial assembly and dimensional reporting under one roof.
