Steel, lead times, shipping, documents and warranty — the five questions every buyer asks first.

What steel do you use, and how many reuses can I get?
Q235B national-standard hot-rolled steel plate with 3–5 mm panels; back ribs in channel/flat steel, fully welded. Standard flat moulds run 60–100 reuses; heavy bridge moulds 120+.
How long does a custom mould take?
Standard moulds: 7–10 working days. Large bridge moulds and shaped blocks (e.g. tetrapods): 15–25 days.
How do you ship internationally?
FOB Tianjin as standard; CIF delivery available (e.g. Bangkok, Durban). Every set is wrapped in waterproof film and fixed in wooden crates to prevent sea-freight rust.
Which export documents do you provide?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Mill Certificate (MTC), Certificate of Origin (CO), FORM E.
What about warranty and after-sales?
12-month factory warranty — free replacement for non-man-made weld cracks or panel deformation. Free English installation manual and video; engineers can be sent on site for large orders; bolts and seals kept in stock.
