We build 1 mould in this group: แบบหล่อขอบทาง/กันชน. Every one is made from เหล็กคาร์บอน Q235 with 3–6 mm panels, welded on a jig and checked against the casting face to ±0.5 mm, then built to your drawing. Typical applications: Road curbs, Median barriers, Crash barriers. There is no strict MOQ — one set is enough to start a trial run.

Which barrier profiles can you produce?
Trapezoidal, New-Jersey, constant-slope and project-specific profiles — send the road design cross-section and the mould is detailed to it.
How is the profile quality controlled?
Profile templates are checked against the drawing during fabrication and again at trial assembly.
