Structural & Technical Advantages
The whole mould is fabricated from thickened Q235 steel plates, externally reinforced with channel steel and angle steel, and fully welded. It boasts high integral rigidity, strong deformation resistance and tight splicing without slurry leakage.
Adopting a split combined structure, it facilitates demoulding, hoisting and transportation. Custom non-standard sizes are available to match design parameters of different water conservancy and coastal projects.
