Steel Mould for Tetrapod Wave Dissipation Blocks

Special shaped steel formwork for precast concrete tetrapod breakwater blocks, mainly applied in coastal, river, reservoir and port protection projects. It buffers wave impact, stabilizes dykes, effectively resists water erosion and prevents dyke collapse and damage.

The whole mould is fabricated from thickened Q235 steel plates, externally reinforced with channel steel and angle steel, and fully welded. It boasts high integral rigidity, strong deformation resistance and tight splicing without slurry leakage.
