II. Structural & Technical Advantages
A complete set of jacking pipe steel formwork consists of outer mold, inner mold, socket mold, spigot mold, flanges and fastening locking systems. The mold is fabricated with high-quality thickened Q235 steel plates and full penetration welded integral structure, featuring outstanding overall rigidity, superior vibration resistance and deformation resistance during concrete pouring and vibrating.
The socket and spigot are integrally bent and formed with pre-reserved clamping grooves for rubber water stop rings to deliver excellent anti-seepage and waterproof performance of finished jacking pipes. The smooth inner wall of the mold enables quick demolding with release agent. The finished pipes feature dense internal structure and smooth, glossy surfaces requiring no secondary repair. The all-steel main body is extremely durable with a service turnover cycle of hundreds of times, perfectly matching mass prefabrication in factories. Non-standard customization is available; pipe diameter, wall thickness and segment length can be adjusted as required. Standard segment lengths are 2 meters and 3 meters, while customized calibers cover a full size range from dozens of centimeters to several meters.
