1. Product Structure
- Main Steel Panels: Thick cold-rolled steel plates are adopted. Side and bottom plates are integrally bent with built-in demoulding draft angles. The inner walls are polished smooth to prevent concrete adhesion.
- Reinforcing Rib Structure: Standard square tube ribs are fully welded to disperse lateral concrete pressure, resisting deformation and bulging after long-term repeated use.
- Interlocking Forming Cavity: The mould cavity comes with integrated concave-convex male-female joints. The produced cement blocks have built-in interlocking structures that fit tightly without gaps during masonry, eliminating mortar filling requirements.
